Liseanne Cherubin RMHCI Intern, MFT Intern

Liseanne Cherubin is a dedicated mental health professional with over seven years of experience working with children and adolescents. She is passionate about helping young people navigate the challenges of behavioral health, specializing in ADHD. Liseanne also has extensive experience treating clients with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.

 

Liseanne is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (MFT) working towards her full licensure. She is a member of the Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in the field.

 

Liseanne’s journey in mental health began in 2014 when she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts with a specialization in Behavioral Science from Barry University. She then went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Counseling from the same institution.

 

In her work at Total Mental Wellness FL, Liseanne focuses on treating a range of mental health concerns. She is passionate about building strong connections with her clients, utilizing active listening, empathy, and validation to create a safe and supportive environment. Liseanne believes that trust is essential for healing, and she strives to provide a space where clients feel understood and empowered.
