Elvan Okaygun, MS received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University. She earned her Master of Science degree in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and worked with multinational companies in digital publishing. She is an active member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

Elvan Okaygun, MS utilizes a person centered and collaborative approach to therapy, informed with evidence based practices. She establishes a therapeutic alliance with her clients and meets them where they are. She puts diversity and inclusivity at the forefront of her practice.

As a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, her experience includes working with clients who received a dual diagnosis, suffering from addiction. She is experienced in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and conflict in relationships. She puts trust and safety for her clients at the epicenter of her work. She believes healing takes place when clients feel safe to live their truth.
