Sean Oldak, MD

Dr. Sean Oldak is a third-year resident at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He was born and raised in North Miami Beach, Florida. He graduated college summa cum laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. He then went on to complete medical school at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Oldak has published several papers on psychiatric topics and serves as an ad hoc reviewer for both the American Journal of Psychiatry Residents’ Journal and Cureus. He has experience treating a wide variety of psychiatric illnesses including mood disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and many more. Dr. Oldak has an intense passion for his work in treating patients and does so with fervor and love for what he does. His treatment approach includes treating the whole person with other therapies besides solely medication and will look at other factors contributing to health that could be influencing a persons mental health.
 
Outside of medicine, Dr. Oldak is an avid reader of mostly fantasy and mysteries/thrillers. Dr. Oldak is also very interested in cinema and television, enjoying spending time watching and analyzing film.
